Featured Episode: Warrens -The Cranberry’s Big Gig
Most of the year, Warrens is a quiet town of about 350 people. But every year during the last full weekend in September, the streets are filled with more than one hundred-thousand people eating, shopping and laughing their way through the largest Cranberry Festival in the world. On this episode you’ll experience what it’s like to taste your way through more than 100 food booths. You’ll see arts and crafts you won’t find anywhere else. Join us on a cranberry marsh tour both at blossom time and just before harvest. And you’ll discover the wonderful world of cranberries at the Wisconsin Cranberry Discovery Center. You never know who you’ll run in to at the festival. Here’s a hint. They’re both Hall of Famers.
